Meet The Founder Evelyn Morrison
I created FitFuelFlow because women are profoundly underserved, misunderstood, and overlooked in the wellness space. For years, I saw women being handed generic plans, restrictive diets, and “one-size-fits-all” solutions - none of which honored their hormones, their stress, their lived experiences, or their bodies. I knew something had to change, and I wanted to be part of the movement bridging the women’s health gap.
My own journey began with a simple truth: wellness gave me a sense of power, clarity, and control during times when everything else felt unstable. Movement grounded me. Nourishment gave me inner healing nervous system regulation helped me grow into a woman who trusted herself again. That transformation inspired me to help other women feel the same.
After nearly a decade in fitness, nutrition, and women’s health, I reached a turning point — the moment I decided to bet on myself instead of pouring my expertise into someone else’s vision. With a degree in Nutrition & Food Science, NASM certification, and years of hands-on coaching, I built FitFuelFlow as a space where women can finally receive the support they deserve: science-backed guidance blended with feminine wisdom, nervous system care, and sustainable habits that feel good.
Today, my mission is clear: to help women rebuild trust with their bodies through science, strategy, and self-awareness - combining balanced nutrition, cycle-informed movement, and nervous system regulation - so they feel grounded, confident, and fully embodied.
